Purpose was founded in October of 2020 during the heart of the COVID-19 crisis. The strain of the pandemic magnified the need for quality independent claim adjusters. After 3 years of working for multiple large insurance companies, the founder Eric Williams decided it was time to venture out on his own. Along with his prior knowledge of property from growing up in a real estate investing family and previous HVAC experience in the U.S. Army he strives to continue to provide exceptional claims adjusting. Mr. Williams has very strong core values and believes in treating everyone the way you want to be treated.
